ニューヨーク州イサカ出身の6人組。1999年に『The Things We Will Keep』でデビュー。
2001年に名盤『Life Is Water』を発表。カラフルでプリミティヴなイラストをあしらったジャケットと、ゆったりとしたアイランド・ビートが織り成すサーフ系サウンドが大評判を呼びブレイクした。
これまでに５回来日、Greenroom Festival 2004やTrue Peoples Celebrationなどに出演し、いずれも成功を収めている。その後、メンバー・チェンジを経て、2006年に新作『Each New Day』を発表。アコースティック＆オーガニックなグルーヴを求める人々の中でその人気はとどまるところを知らない。
